Begin your Safari in Uganda with a warm welcome at Entebbe, where you’ll settle in a hotel in front of the vast Lake Victoria. From there, your adventure leads to the heart of Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Nestled within mist-covered mountains, your stay at Sanctuary Gorilla Forest Camp offers serene landscapes and a visit to a local philanthropy-supported nursing school.
The highlight awaits as you venture into the dense forest for two days of gorilla tracking, immersing yourself in the intimate world of these gentle giants. Conclude with a scenic return flight to Entebbe, relaxing in a dayroom before your onward journey.
5 Days Uganda Safari Itinerary
Fly to the Kihihi airstrip and transfer to your permanent tented campsite in the mist-swathed mountains of the park, enjoying some time at leisure. Later, visit a nursing school supported by Legacy Philanthropy.

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Today, trek through the park’s dense vegetation, travelling up and down its steep slopes in search of the resident mountain gorilla. Your guides use their experience, knowledge of the gorilla habits and information from the previous day to locate them. Once the gorillas are spotted, observe their subtle social interactions, remarkable behaviors closely resembling our own.

Today, enjoy another opportunity to seek out Bwindi’s majestic mountain gorilla. Return at the end of the trek and enjoy your last evening in camp.
